I found the staff very friendly. they resolved parking issues with considerable patience. (i really appreciate that!) the location is excellent and close to the tram stop from the airport. the large superior room was perfect. It.
the room was somewhat noisy, i could hear hall noises. this sound isolation wasn't ideal, i woke up once.
